Farewell to Mzee Edward Ndwiga

Hon. Mukunji attended the burial ceremony of Mzee Edward Ndwiga, father to Betty Murugi, the Radio Manager of Mwendani FM. The ceremony took place in Kiringa village, Runyenjes Constituency, where family and friends gathered to honor the life of Mzee Ndwiga, a respected elder and cherished family member.

Celebrating the Life of Madam Niceta Wanjiru Njue

Later in the day, Hon. Mukunji joined the family and friends of Pius Kimanthi for the final send-off of his late mother, Madam Niceta Wanjiru Njue, in Kirigi village, Ruguru Ngandori Ward. Madam Niceta Wanjiru was remembered for her kindness, dedication, and role as a matriarch within the community.

Offering Comfort in Times of Mourning

During these solemn moments, Hon. Mukunji expressed his heartfelt condolences to both families, praying for comfort and strength during this difficult time. “May the Lord bring peace to the hearts of the grieving families as they navigate through this painful moment of loss,” he shared.
