We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the first phase of classroom renovations at Allamano Primary School in Kithimu Ward! This important project, aimed at creating a better learning environment for the students, marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance educational facilities in the region.

Highlights of Phase One Renovations:

The first phase of the renovations included essential upgrades that have transformed the school’s classrooms into safer, more welcoming spaces for students and teachers. These upgrades include:

• Tiling: The installation of new tile flooring for cleaner, more durable, and visually appealing classrooms.
• Painting: Freshly painted walls to create a brighter and more inspiring environment for learning.
• Replacement of doors and windows: New, sturdy doors and windows to improve safety and security, while also enhancing ventilation and natural light.
• New iron sheets: Replacement of old, worn-out iron sheets, ensuring better protection against the elements and reducing maintenance issues.

Looking Ahead: Expanding Our Vision

While we celebrate the completion of this phase, we are already looking forward to the next step in transforming Allamano Primary School. We are currently working towards the purchase of a field for the school, which will provide more space for outdoor activities, physical education, and additional learning opportunities. By expanding the school’s grounds, we aim to support the holistic development of students through sports, recreation, and hands-on learning experiences.
